Cord

DESCRIPTION

The premium quality cord comes in vibrant colors.
Paracord got its name from being used in parachutes.
There are many types of paracord, but mostly it‘s a thin, lightweight stranded core rope that was originally used in American parachutes during World War II. After jumping, the paratroopers found the cord useful for many other purposes. Today, paracord is used by many armed forces as a versatile all-purpose string. It was even used on the Space Shuttle Mission STS-82 to repair parts of the Hubble Space Telescope's insulation. From fashion to bush crafting, paracord has become a strong, versatile, and widely used product.
The coating consists of a large number of tightly interwoven polyester threads, which results in a uniformly smooth surface.
Each of the 6 core strands consists of 3 twisted threads made of highly efficient polyamide.
